You retain your intellectual property ownership rights over User-Generated Content you submit to us for processing on our Website. We will never claim ownership of your content, but we do require a license from you in order to use it to operate and promote the Website.

When you use our Website or its associated services to upload, share, or otherwise transmit User-Generated Content, you grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, process, modify, run, copy, and create derivative works of your User-Generated Content in a manner that is consistent with your privacy preferences (if applicable) and our Privacy Policy, for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Website and its AI-powered content generation services.

The license you grant us can be terminated at any time by deleting your content or account, subject to our data retention policies outlined in our Privacy Policy. Once content is archived, it will generally not appear in active search results but may be retained by Mobile Tech Media in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users can delete their content from their account but some data may be retained for archival purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Our Website and the materials on our Website are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, Mobile Tech Media makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.

Mobile Tech Media does not act as a content creator or social media manager for any user. We are not involved in the actual posting or publishing of generated content on social media platforms. As such, we have no control over the quality, safety, legality, truth, or accuracy of the AI-generated content, the ability of users to use the generated content appropriately, or the performance of the content on social media platforms. We cannot ensure that the generated content will be suitable for your specific use case or perform as expected.

In no event shall Mobile Tech Media or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use this Website or the materials on this Website, or any use of the AI-generated content on social media platforms, even if Mobile Tech Media or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.

In the context of this agreement, "consequential loss" includes any consequential loss, indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss of reputation, loss of use and/or loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity or otherwise.
